The Process
We began by stripping out the old, dated paving and carefully preparing the sub-base for new porcelain slabs. Accuracy was key — every level and alignment had to match the property’s sleek architectural lines.
Once the groundwork was complete, we laid large-format porcelain tiles across the entire patio, extending seamlessly from the house to the covered spa area. These premium slabs were chosen for their durability, low maintenance, and contemporary aesthetic.
The edges were finished with precision, creating crisp geometric transitions between the lawn and patio, adding both contrast and flow. Surrounding plant beds were refreshed and bordered with clean gravel detailing to frame the new layout beautifully.
