Craftsmanship You Can Stand On – The BPS Standard

At Brierley Property Services, our work is about more than just bricks and turf.

It’s about transforming spaces in a way that makes everyday life feel a little more premium.

This latest project showcases how careful planning, the right materials, and serious attention to detail can completely elevate a home — front to back.

This is a transformation you need to see.

A Garden Ready for Renewal

Before we got started, the space was tired and in need of some serious attention. The back garden was overgrown, with patchy grass, weeds pushing through cracked paving, and an uneven mix of gravel and mismatched slabs.

The trampoline sat on worn-out turf that turned muddy in wet weather, and the patio lacked any real structure. Around the house, old concrete flags were loose and cluttered with bins, while the driveway out front was crumbling, with broken paving and no real kerb appeal.

It was a garden with potential — but it needed a full rethink.

From Groundwork to Greatness

We stripped everything back and rebuilt it with purpose. The garden was fully re-turfed, with astro laid beneath the trampoline for a clean, low-maintenance solution.

We restored and repurposed the client’s old flags, blending them seamlessly with timber sleeper beds to create defined planting areas.

Around the property, we installed Stanza Tobermore paving, wrapping the patio and side paths in a modern, consistent style.

Out front, we laid a striking new Pedesta Tobermore driveway, bordered and finished to the highest standard — giving the property instant kerb appeal.

The result? A clean, structured, and beautifully balanced transformation that’s built to last.
